Savory ground beef enchiladas wrapped in corn tortillas, topped with rich red sauce and melted cheese.

"Maria's is an excellent Mexican restaurant with amazing salsa and tasty house margaritas. I have tried multiple items on the menu and everything has been delicious. It has become my go-to spot for Mexican food. The service, food, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include fajitas chicken, carne asada, street tacos, refried beans, chips and salsa, and enchiladas. I also suggest trying their vegetarian options, as they come highly recommended. Parking is convenient with plenty of free parking options available."

"The food at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an asada burrito and found a few pieces of bone in it. The shredded chicken taco was slightly better, but the prices were too high for the portion size. I would recommend going to Rudy's Mexican Restaurant for tastier tacos at a more affordable price."

"We started eating here a few months ago, and the food is very good. All chicken, pork and beef dishes are excellent. Not dry like most other Mexican restaurants we’ve eaten at. What I really like is that none of the dishes are really spicy, as I cannot tolerate very spicy dishes. The green sauce is perfect. Will definitely continue eating at this restaurant."

"Having an apartment in this neighborhood my husband walked past this place every day so we decided to have dinner here even though I had come by here a few weeks ago asking if they had Sopas and besides telling me she didn 't really speak English the answer was just No!the menu was extremely limited and really has Nothing for Vegan 's or vegetarian 's. I believe there is one item a burrito with spicy vegetables. It 's a Mexican restaurant yet has No Mexican cheese for their items on their menu. Also No Mexican Coca-Cola in the bottle. They have Corona Beer but unfortunately there 's No price on the menu for Corona so we didn 't know the price until we got the bill. $12 for 2. My husband ordered a steak burrito I ordered a quesadilla they have No black beans so I had to get pinto beans they have No Vegetarian rice so I got guacamole and whatever cheese they use I believe cheddar. They have No Lime for the beer and the girl said the owner said limes are too expensive so they only gave me lemon for my beer. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and I certainly can understand why no one comes here. Our food arrives she sets it down walks away and what do you think after her and I have been talking about Vegetarian-Vegan-Food what do we have but Chicken in my quesadilla! Her answer and excuse was oh well I wrote just cheese quesadilla but the kitchen didn 't see it. We are the only people in the restaurant there were No other orders. As some favor she says oh you can keep it I 'll go and make you another dish. Ummm... clearly she wasn 't listening to what I was saying because why would I keep a chicken quesadilla being a vegetarian?? I gave her the whole plate back and told her I wanted a check. My husband got his burrito to go, we drank our two beers and the bill was $32. My husband also gave her a five dollar tip I 'm not sure for what her bad attitude or all the mistakes?? They are a joke! Zero stars for the service! zero stars for the food! one star for the atmosphere"

"First time to this restaurant and the experience surpassed our expectations. Great service from Alex and his staff, delicious, plentiful appetizers and entrees with a delicious dessert menu. Our only disappointment was we ordered two pitchers of Cadillac Margaritas on the rocks. Both pitchers were light on the tequila, even my wife who doesn’t drink much didn’t feel any buzz. Maybe we will just order individual drinks versus pitchers. All in all, very good dining experience and we’ll definitely be back"

"Casa Mia was really really good, service to the food, the ambiance to the drinks, all of it was super good. The nachos were warm when served, the salsa had the right heat and spice to it and the bean dip was warm and good. The food to start with the chilli relleno was super good and unique. The base was a tomato sauce layered with skirt steak, topped with cheese stuffed battered chili and then a blob of sour cream. The meat was tender and flavourful. The chicken topped shrimp was very good. Chimichanga were good and finally the fajitas were heavenly. Overall a 5 ????? rating..."

"My partner and I were really pleased with our meal from Lilia's! We opted for a night in and decided to use Uber Eats for delivery instead of dining out. I'm so glad we did because our food arrived fresh and quickly! We ordered a Fajita Burrito, Enchiladas Rancheras, Raspberry Chimis, and Churros. I loved how beautifully everything was presented, and the portion sizes were generous considering the price for such delicious food. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out! I definitely plan to bring my friends and family here to eat in the future. I was also impressed by the wide variety of dishes available for delivery!"

"We were looking for a 'new' Mexican restaurant to try while visiting the family in the valley (our goes to Tia Rosa 's in Mesa, but wanted to branch a bit) and chose El Palacio based on recommendations from various dining room apps. The staff was certainly attentive and helpful I give them great traces; but the food itself was somewhat disappointing. Groundbeef Chimichanga instead of shredded? Salsa verde with little taste or texture over Maische Tomatillos? Maybe we put the bar too high with our 'go to 'Tia Rosa 's but for the money, ambience and all around the experience of a high-quality neighborhood Mexican restaurant El Palacio 't meets our expectations. For a quick lunch or drink in the bar it is likely to be fit, but it is certainly not somewhere I 'd take friends or family on a regular basis."

"San Marcos is the best Mexican in Danville. The food is always fresh tasting. The place is always clean. Rahime has been our waiter several times. I never have to worry about something being forgotten or come out incorrectly. He is extremely friendly, personable and attentive to all his tables. He makes a 10/10 experience an 11/10."

"The food was great but I believe I had a bad experience with one of the customer service providers I went in there and I think they were having a bad day which I completely understand everybody ends up having a bad day but when you start taking it out on your customers then maybe it's time for you to go take A-day off not trying to get nobody fired or anything but I really felt uncomfortable that day"

"Nice out of the way place with fun decor. The chips are homemade. The first salsa they served us was more like marinara sauce than salsa, hardly any spice at all, no peppers or onions, etc. We asked for some Tapatio and some hotter salsa, and both were served to us. We ordered a green chile pork burrito and a carnitas chimichanga. The green chile pork burrito was good, but it didn't have much meat at all. The carnitas chimichanga was excellent, very tasty. The service was good. Plenty of parking. Large indoor dining area. No lunch menu."

"Some of the best Mexican food in Houston. Tortillas are homemade and you can eat them without anything?.(bring that I was never a fan of tortillas, that was impressive). I?ve had just about everything including the Al a cart items. The food has been consistently good for all the years I?ve come. Dining in, the waitresses are always kind and prompt. The only issues I?ve ever had are the lady at the counter. I?ve been coming their for at least 11 years and from my very first encounter, she?s been rude. I even tip well when I?m ordering to-go. If you can look past her, everything else is great. Order the shrimp burrito and a margarita!"

"He then said that it would still be the same price despite the missing chorizo because of the extra potatoes, which didn’t seem fair to me. So, I paid and left, but it didn't feel right, so I called back to express my dissatisfaction. Not only was the order not what I requested, but it was also burnt. The owner responded with, "Oh, I didn’t know you were like that." I explained that if you ordered something at a restaurant and were given something else without choice, you wouldn’t be happy either. He offered to make it correctly with a different substitute, but by that point, I just wanted a refund and didn't want him to keep my money. When I returned to get my refund and return the burrito, there were no apologies from the owner. I would have truly appreciated it if he had waited until I arrived to make my order, or at least called me to discuss the situation. Considering I was probably his first customer of the day, it was surprising that he didn’t immediately offer to make it right, especially since he had the time. It’s really unfortunate because I once enjoyed this place, but they have definitely lost a customer."

"I only give four stars because I only stopped ordering chips and salsa and tortilla suppe. the suppe is so delicious! with huh, carrots, celery and they give them guacamole, sour cream and limette. I really enjoyed it! the chips and salsa were standard. the salsa is not hot at all. this is 100% a spin-off. there are no places and it is very small. the lady at the front was pleasant and helpful. a order of chips and salsa and a large bowl tortilla suppe ran me under $10. perfect lunch!"

"One of my favorite local spots in Eastern Market, I’ve been visiting this restaurant for nearly 15 years. They offer a solid selection of vegetarian options, and the staff is always willing to accommodate special food requests. The drinks are excellent—my go-to choices are usually margaritas or sangria. The food is consistently delicious; I particularly love their beans and rice, enchiladas, and quesadillas, which are our usual order. While you wait, they serve chips and salsa. The service here is outstanding, and it’s a family-run business (Henry is fantastic) with a small but attentive staff who make sure you feel well taken care of. They also have outdoor seating available."
