The cashier took our order promptly and was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our drinks arrived quickly, and the food was on our table in just minutes—unbelievable! "This Wingstop has the best and biggest wings around and for the best price! More flavors to chose from than any other place around that has wings! This location usually has a special on Monday and Tuesday for 50 cent boneless wings! Online ordering is super easy and you can easily customize your order. "I visited Wingstop for the first time around 8:30 PM, and despite the place being busy with mobile orders, the staff promptly took my order. I chose four different sauce flavors, and I appreciated that they kept them separated for me, even though the yellow and black wings suggested they would be mixed. I discovered that the lemon pepper flavor I’d always heard about is actually a dry rub (which I hadn’t realized); it turned out to be the best I’ve ever tasted! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean. Although they had run out of ice when I arrived, they quickly refilled it as soon as someone brought it to their attention."

"Absolutely the worst. There's never been a problem here before. First I called someone who doesn't know the menu. Then order a meal deal with boneless and a family package with bones that cost over 50 dollars. Come in to get my food and the workers are back and after a ripe are finally waiting out. No problem, took the order to eat home... first bite RAW CHICKEN and not only one piece it was almost all. I wanted to get an answer. When I was removed, the same girl answers. I'll tell her what happened and she says EWWWW. The manager calls me and he helps me. Good! Get the order and the same thing workers in the back, the girl is out and when they finally realize that someone is coming into her out as they all do something. I'm coming home to boneless wings. I'm done at this point. It's late and I just want a refund. I came back and a woman was there for a pick-up before I went for the second time and she was there 20 minutes later. They didn't do their orders when they called. Thank you. I just came home from work from the city and our dinner was completely ruined. Never again."

"This review is for my two children who ordered Wingstop through the app, which I chose for them. Unfortunately, when we received the order, I was unable to verify it because the young lady at the door quickly handed us the bag. The wings were cold, the fries were also cold and seemed to be sitting in grease. We ordered 10 boneless pieces, but only received 8, and the drinks we paid for through the app were missing. I was unable to double-check before leaving. This experience was disappointing, and I would not even give this place one star. I plan to return the food. Despite the issues, my children still ate the meal."

"Unfortunately, I ended up spending $27 on what felt like the smallest portion of boneless wings (only 15) in the world! The service was excellent and the taste was amazing, but I was very disappointed by the size of the wings. It felt like I was only getting the crumbs at the bottom of the bag, they were smaller than the forks we were given. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant."

"Yesterday I went to wing stop with my husband and sister in law and I go here a lot or sometime I always order through DoorDash because I love you guy's wings but yesterday since I got there and this girl started taking my order talking to me so brutal and in my mind I was pissed that she was giving me attitude I Don't understand why was I getting this bad customer service I felt bad for my family because they Felt bad about this There was other two African-American people that went before us they wanted to Swish there fries or add something to there fries and my family said why is she treating them good not giving them attitude like she did with us They don't speak English So For me I felt bad because my sister in law just got to the USA and she was surprised about this girl customer service I Love you guy's food is my favorite place to go Everytime I want wings we go to Wingstop is my favorite place like I said but I feel like customer service comes first before anything Food was great that day it was just not a good service never like writing reviews this is actually my first one but this one I couldn't have let it slide just like that bad services for this girl there was another girl really nice to us and she handed us our food and that's what am talking about I've been a cashier too have been a cashier and The first thing customers see is how you treat them and what good service you give them. If you give them the worst service, do you think they will come back or want to order from there ever again? That's why we spend our money in food places but if they treat us in an ugly way it doesn't look good. I feel bad for my family because they love their food and that day we got the worst service ever. About this place I just want you to take into account what I say and do something because if this continues like this they are going to go bankrupt due to bad service"

"TLDR: manager was extremely rude, refused to believe my order wasn’t delivered, then refused to give me a refund. Order family pack of wings and tenders for my family through their website. When the food was delivered, only half of it was is the bag. When I called the store to complain, the manager Xavier told me I had to come into the store to prove that my order was incomplete or they wouldn’t be able to help me. When I showed up, he made me wait several minutes, while he was telling his team a joke before acknowledging me and just threw away a food. I asked for a refund, because I wasn’t able to wait for all the food to be remade, only to find out isn’t possible because deliveries get processed through DoorDash."
