"I was also informed that two of the booths behind us were reserved for us, which led me to expect that my party would be able to sit together, especially since they have a party room specifically for events. Maybe I didn’t specify clearly enough when I made the reservation, but it would have been helpful to be informed about this earlier. I felt extremely embarrassed, especially since none of my wedding party or family had been there before and we had spoken so highly of the place.
Once we were finally seated and settled, everything went well—the food came out quickly and the drinks were good. We were seated near the bar and ordered most of our drinks from there. It would have been nice to know in advance that they couldn’t accommodate a party of our size that night or what our options were when I made the reservation. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience the night before my wedding."
