"I ordered the Crème Brûlée latte and the White Chocolate Caramel latte, along with a selection of cakes, including carrot cake, marble pound cake, and strawberry cake. Unfortunately, the cakes were of exceptionally poor quality, far below even what you'd find at a 7-Eleven, and they cost twice as much. As for the lattes, I couldn't distinguish between my drink and my wife's—once again, even 7-Eleven offers better quality. I understand that ordering through a delivery service comes with some risk, but that doesn't excuse the consistently low quality of everything I received. I won’t be making the mistake of ordering from Gloria Jean's again."
