"I ordered Gen. Tao's Chicken NON-Spicy. I told the waiter three times because I can't eat spicy food, that I wanted NON-Spicy. He said he heard me and understood. What do I get? Gen. Tao's Chicken HOT Spicy, hot chili peppers all in the sauce but under the chicken and I didn't know that or see the peppers until I took my first taste of a piece of chicken. Inside of my mouth, my tongue and lips were burning so bad I couldn't even taste the piece of chicken I ate. We called the waiter over to let him know the order was wrong and I wanted another dish, and NON-SPICY this time. I sat and waited until the kitchen staff, the owner and waiters all ate their lunch, and my husband even finished his lunch. No replacement dish came. Bottom line, if you want a NON-SPICY dish don't go to this restaurant. You don't get what you ask for, even if it was emphasized 3x."
