"If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most disrespectful pizza place I ever have been too. I ordered 1 white pie and 1 cheese pie. I received 2 white pies. Nicely called back and explained the mistake, hoping like any normal restraunt they would understand and fix. They then continue to tell me that it is the same pizza, that there is no difference and they did nothing wrong. Repeatedly telling me that I am wrong and not reading the receipt correctly. I was very specific with the instructions when initially ordering. The receipt was not read incorrectly what so ever. I was calm in explaining the situation to them, until they feel the need to imply there customer is stupid. Then personally informing that I am the problem and they did nothing wrong. Then proceeded to put me on “hold” only to talk badly about me thinking I cannot hear. I spent $70 on this place and it was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received for a simple mistake easily fixable on there end. If you could avoid this restraint I would avoid at all costs.Edit to add again: Not to mention after writing this I also ordered mozzerella sticks. They sent me jalapeño poppers. With 1 French frie, inside an opened box and brown paper bag. This place is disgusting! I wish Google would let me post a Picture, for some reason it’s not cause this is truely ridiculous!"
