"Tried this place once for Omakase to go $85) and my wife liked it so decided to try get it again to go) for her birthday. Called ahead of time to order, was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes so we ran some errands and came maybe 35 40 minutes after ordering. Paid our bill .. and then just sat there for what ended up being another 45 minutes before only then receiving our meal. This, while walk in parties came in after, ordered and got their food for dine in AND take out .. when we ordered much sooner! Was very upsetting for us, only at the end was it then explained that they lost our order somehow. At this point, I was so disappointed in the customer service experience that it didn 't matter how the food tasted. Like really, you 're just going to let your paying customer just sit there in your restaurant waiting for food for 45 minutes. Was told the chef gave us some extra fish to make up for it, it was one piece of nigiri. I don 't know how you run a restaurant like this, you can 't even use the excuse they were busy there were no take out orders ahead of me one after while we sat there waiting) and there were only two couples seated in the entire restaurant at my arrival. Needless to say, we won 't be coming back. Please do better for your future customers."
