"The hostess was all over the place and kept telling everyone she was one person doing the work of four people. There was one couple in front of us to put their name down, and another walked up after us. She took down the couple that walked up after us. We were told the wait would be about an hour. It ended up being only 30 minutes.Our server was Dylan (Dillon and he was excellent. While we were waiting for our food, we observed that some of the other waitstaff were struggling with managing their tables, so I think we got lucky. Some tables were waiting for a while just to have their drink order taken.The food was okay. The Sun Up seemed a bit skimpy on the amount of food you get. The catfish biscuit that comes with it is just a really large biscuit. They’re made in-house every day. I thought it was mediocre. The cinnamon roll waffle was good but not amazing."
