"We had a great overall experience at this restaurant. Despite a 10-minute wait on a Thursday night, we saw it as a positive sign of its popularity. The server was cheerful, polite, and efficient, while the bartender seemed a bit grumpy. The hot honey and fig pizza and apple walnut salad we shared were both excellent. The unique crust on the pizza was perfectly crispy and had a buttery taste we enjoyed. Portion sizes were fair and the food came out quickly, even with the busy crowd. The atmosphere was good with no complaints. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. This meal in Sedona was one of the best we've had and we would definitely recommend this place as a top choice. We were so focused on enjoying the food that we forgot to take pictures until the very end. Service, food, and atmosphere all rated 5 out of 5."

"I made a reservation on opentable and they don’t honor opentable reservations. To make a reservation you have to call. The hostess was rude and told us they don’t get notified of opentable reservations made online. This was extremely frustrating because we had to wait a long time for a table. We had children with us so the 25 mins we waited seemed like a hour. It was even more upsetting because we thought we made a reservation. Picazzo’s needs to delete their account to solve this problem. They do have good food and it’s great for people with allergies. I would also only recommend take out because Dining there is irritating and always takes a long time to get food."

"A great place for lunch and brunch ! The flavors are so great here truly healthy restaurant concept , yummy! They have variety of menu for everyone’s taste buds . Lots of vegan, vegetarian, paleo and keto options. Lots of seating inside and outside beautiful patio seating area . The atmosphere makes it even more inviting. It is very relaxing and enjoyable. A management could be better, especially the general manager. Who did not come to our table to ask: how everything was, even after we have told him that we have had a bad experience with the food taste last time. The last time the food was not prepared the way we have ordered it. The management definitely lacks customer service. That is the reason for the three stars."

"The food here is consistently good, but I found it quite unsettling when a customer asked an employee for two plates for her dogs. The staff member seemed confused but complied with her request instead of refusing. I personally find it inappropriate for animals to eat from the same plates used for human customers. While I love dogs, this practice is unacceptable. I spoke with the manager, who said he was unaware that this had happened before. I believe there should be a policy in place requiring the use of paper plates for pets, or that pet owners bring their own bowls. Alternatively, why not just feed your pets at home? What a concept!"

"Besides it?s expensive, but if organic, I get it. But they didn?t have idea what nutritional info are in the protein shake. Seems like they don?t know what that even is. Tasted good though, I also ordered salad with steak , but when I decided to havelunch later, I couldn?t find any trace of the steak in the salad. Next time I have to look what they actually put in. Quite disappointed."

"When you first enter, the place has a very clinical appearance, but it grows on you. The food and variety are fantastic and abundant. Everything is incredibly fresh; they chop, mix, and toss your salad, so you won’t have to contend with large, awkward pieces of lettuce, and it’s dressed just right. There's no puddling of dressing at the bottom of the bowl!"

"Good food and service, a little smushed. I love going here when I have the chance. This is such a great spot to dine and watch the activity at the Marina and on the river. If you go in the summer or early fall, try to sit outside if it's not scorching out. It's a little tight inside, but by no means a reason to not go find this hole-in-the-wall. It's attached to a very active marina, with a parts desk, repair facility and even a place to buy some reasonably priced apparel."

"I discovered this restaurant while searching for gluten-free options in the Glens area. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent, even during a busy lunchtime. The food was fantastic, and our three picky teenagers were actually excited about eating and even helped clear their plates! It was also great to be able to play a family game of Uno without having to tell the kids to put away their phones. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries and the gluten-free cinnamon roll. It's so refreshing to find such a wonderful gluten-free option! We’ll definitely be back next time. I would have given it a 5-star rating; however, HappyCow reserves that for strictly vegan or vegetarian restaurants. There seem to be plenty of options for those who are vegan or vegetarian, which can be hard to find in the Glens area."

"Perhaps this was a mismatch of expectations but, overall, I’d rate the a star. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The hostess made us feel welcome and our server was exceptional. The food was mediocre at best. I had lobster bisque, the filet with scallops as an add-on and the spice cake for desert. Spice cake was very good. The main entree and soup were okay. They both lacked any sort of wow factor and the portions were so large that I felt overwhelmed. My wife had the charred asparagus soup, which I thought was tasty, the striped bass and lemon desert. I didn’t try her main dish but needed up finishing her desert. It was that good! The view of the valley at night was amazing. I’d try this place again but with so many other options around, it’ll be a while."

"Great date night spot! We ABSOLUTELY loved the room! Beautiful decor, simple with clean lines! Everything was perfect from the food to the service. We started with the hummus which was to die for... it seriously should be packaged lol. For our next course we did a mid Gigli pasta to share. It definitely had some heat to it but was delicious. For our main course my husband got the Frenched veal chop it was perfectly cooked,he really enjoyed the wild mushrooms that accompanied the dish. For my dish I chose to have the Veggie Shepard’s pie! Wow! The presentation is like artwork. Very tasty! Would definitely order it again! Very happy to find dishes to those of us wanting meals with dietary restrictions! Great place! Highly recommend! Curious to try their brunch also! Yum"

"Amazing pizza. I’ve passed this restaurant a number of times now, and I’ve always wanted to try their pizza. These pizzas may be a couple dollars more than other pizza joints, but these pizzas are high quality. They also have high quantities of toppings. I purchased a 10” Stromboli pizza and a 12” contest combo pizza. I ate way to much. I probably would’ve been fine with just a 10”, but I wanted to try multiple pizzas. The Stromboli pizza was my clear favorite of the two. This pizza is sourdough, which is genius. The cheese and toppings go so well with the sourdough. The Contest Combo was really good as well. This pizza literally has stacks of pepperoni in some spots. There is a ton of meat on this pizza. They cut the veggies into large pieces, this just makes sense with all of the meat. These are very unique pizzas. Did I spend more money then I probably should’ve? Yes, but was it worth it? YES. I recommend you try this place and see for yourself."

"We ordered online for an 8pm p/u. When we arrived at 8, they had not even begun to make our pizza or salads. They said that their printer was broken. A half hour later there is still no pizza. Unbelievable. And no apology, just a shruggy excuse about the printer. Never again, Zeeks. [amending this after the fact I realize that this is about management and the lack of staff training for how to handle situations that go awry in the course of a shift. So train your employees already. I always have liked the pizza, but I am still moving on from Zeeks."
