"Just when you thought that only Manhattan had great sushi... if you dislike making the trek to the city for amazing sushi, creative rolls, a vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional service, you MUST check this place out! I hesitate to share this gem because I don’t want to lose my favorite seat, but the food is consistently fresh. The sushi bar is very engaging—you can create your own rolls, give them names, and the Master Sushi Chef, Alan, will keep them on file for your next visit (just ask him!). I’ve invented the hot Cha Cha and about a dozen other rolls (Alan has my list). The prices are reasonable, but be prepared for a bit of sticker shock at the end, as you’ll want to try everything. However, given the quality and quantity of food, it’s totally worth it. You’ll quickly become a regular, just like me and many other patrons, making this a truly enjoyable dining experience!
