"I placed an online order for pickup at 8:50 PM, doing so an hour ahead of my arrival. To confirm their hours, I called and their recording stated they were open until 9 PM. However, when I arrived at 8:45 PM, the door was locked. Eventually, someone came to the door and informed me that they had closed at 8:30 PM. I explained that I had received an email confirmation and that my payment of $48.48 was showing as pending in my bank account. The response was that he hadn't received the order. There was no call or email to notify us that our order wouldn't be fulfilled. He didn’t apologize and simply scribbled a phone number on a piece of paper, telling me to call back tomorrow. Perhaps the food is delicious and worthy of a 5-star rating, but I’ll never find out since we are only in the area for a day."
