"This restaurant experience was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a different lid for my son's ice cream, but the employee at the counter informed me that they only use specific lids for their soft serve. I couldn't believe it—it's just a lid! Instead, he had the nerve to put a paper towel over my son's blue raspberry ice cream, place it in a white bag, and send it out to go. It was a truly frustrating situation! The customer service was terrible, and the staff was quite rude. Thankfully, my child enjoys this place, otherwise I would never consider coming back. I'm absolutely shocked by this experience."
