"I've been going to Sweet Melissa's for years, sometimes begrudgingly. The food and desserts are great. The customer service, at least when I go, often leaves much to be desired. Today I went to pick up some sweets for a client, and I was being helped by a young gentleman. While he was pulling my selections, I guess his manager asked him what does this guy want She was standing 3' from me. At least try to hide rudeness, if you can't manage to tame it.I honestly think the only person I ever liked interfacing with at this place is Melissa herself. She is personable, bright, and a sweet individual. The others that work there...not so much.If you don't care too much about customer service, definitely give this place a try. It does have great food. Otherwise, you may want to try elsewhere."
