"This is the worst Little Caesars location I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. My wife and I have ordered from here several times, and each time—every single time—our order has been missing items. When I call to report the issue, they tell me that because I ordered through the app, I need to request a refund through that platform. The problem is, the app uses DoorDash for delivery, and unless you're already signed into a DoorDash account, it checks you out as a guest, leaving you without a way to request a refund. I've tried calling their customer service line and left messages for a callback—twice—but they never responded or acknowledged my complaint. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but after our last experience, Little Caesars has lost our business for good, and we will not be returning."
