"Absolutely delicious! I had the Orange Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, and Chicken in Garlic Sauce, and everything was fantastic. The Crab Rangoon was also tasty, though it had a slightly different shape and filling than I'm used to. The egg rolls were large and delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!"

"This restaurant offers a wide selection of textured vegetable protein (TVP) options on its vegan menu. Both the TVP General Tso's Beef and the TVP Orange Chicken are outstanding dishes. Additionally, many vegetarian options are also suitable for vegans. We highly recommend trying the fried aubergine with basil and the sweet Moo Shu. During our last visit, we sampled the TVP with broccoli, which was excellent. While the food is fantastic—like many places these days—the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable about which items can be made vegan. "I've been ordering from this restaurant for two years. They are a very busy restaurant especially for take out. The staff is very nice. Sometimes the food takes longer than expected, but the staff works so hard to make sure every customer is satisfied, so it is worth the wait. Their dinner combos are such great price for what you receive. Even during the recent snow storm, they stayed open as much as they could. If there is a problem with the order, they are very understanding and offer solutions. It is perfect for quick, Chinese take out."

"Best carry out Chinese food I’ve had in a long time!! It was all fantastic and perfectly prepared. Moo Shi pork was very crispy and not greasy. General Tso was ordered extra spicy. It was perfect, light and tender. Sautéed broccoli with garlic sauce was also just right. I finally have my new go-to Chinese carryout joint!"

I was pleasantly surprised by this new foundfavorite. Many restaurants give little thought to takeout orders, especially deliveries. It is obvious that the owners/managersat Crane take pride in what they do. Even the presentation of the food exceeded my expectations. "The food here is always amazing but last night my food was room temperature and my chicken on a stick was burnt and dry. Reply to the response. The food was not ready when I got there. There is no way it cooled down that fast. I have ordered from you plenty of times and the food has been hot. The chicken on a stick should never be dry. I have tried it before and it was not like that. I don’t appreciate that the fault is being put towards the customer. I got there and the food wasn’t out yet. I live 2 minutes away, no way the food cooled down that much."

"We decided to grab a quick bite here before a doctor's appointment, and we're so glad we did! The restaurant was spotless, including the ladies' room. "I recently moved back to the Woodbridge area and have not been able to find Chinese food that I really like. (I have tried three places so far and DID NOT LIKE THEM. I will not mention names. Many years ago I would eat at Peking Express every week when they first opened (until I moved away . This is the first time in almost 30 years that I have eaten here again! I was very afraid to try my fourth Chinese restaurant I thought maybe someone bought the establishment after all of these years and it would not be as good. Well, maybe they have, but the food brings back memories.I was so pleasantly surprised! I ordered delivery tonight. Not only did they deliver earlier than scheduled, but my food was HOT! (This is important. in addition, the food was awesome. Great flavor and not greasy!Initially, I was very irritated because I ordered the pork egg foo young and I did not get the gravy! ? However, I thought about it and would rather they forgot it than to have poured it directly all over the food. I LIKE IT ON THE SIDE. So, it’s probably not fair that I have only given them four stars (I believe they deserved five… but they forgot my gravy! .I am sure the next time I will be able to give five stars. Lol I will have to pick it up and check my order."

"Zero stars, actually. Placed an order with them through Uber Eats. Expected delivery 40-50 minutes which is reasonable for delivery and everything seemed normal. I was keeping tabs on the order for delivery updates. Order was in the car, being driven, even had an Uber driver name and contact who was minutes away according to the app. Open the app again after an hour saying suddenly the restaurant had cancelled my order. No alert, no phone call, nothing from the restaurant. I proceed to call the restaurant and the woman said 'oh yes, let me check ' then abruptly hung up and refused to answer the phone after I tried back multiple times. So that was a nice touch after over an hour of waiting. At least communicate if you cannot fulfill an order and contact a person who was about to spend almost $100 at your establishment. I 'll take my money elsewhere. This place will be out of business soon if this is normal practice."

"To make matters worse, the woman who appeared to be the owner came out to address the situation—though I must emphasize, she didn't apologize; instead, she made excuses and played the blame game with her chef. She even had the nerve to claim that some people actually prefer their beef prepared this way. I can assure you, we’ve never thought, “You know what would be great? Cold, raw beef and broccoli.” She also blamed the chef for cooking the beef in clumps and burning the fried rice. If the person who spoke to us had taken even a hint of responsibility for the mistakes made, we might have considered giving this place another chance. However, after this experience, that's definitely not happening."
