"After my nephew's football game, I ordered food at 5:45 PM. I was informed it would take about 30 minutes, and they promised to call when it arrived, but that call never came. When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was told they had delivered it to a woman at my address who they claimed knew the order. This lack of communication left me increasingly frustrated with their poor customer service. Eventually, they attempted to deliver again. I stood outside while the delivery driver got out and headed to the wrong house again. He called me after realizing the mistake, and I pointed out that I saw him go to the wrong address. He even had the audacity to question whether I lived at my own home, despite the fact that my address is clearly displayed on my house twice. I know this review is lengthy, but I am genuinely upset and disappointed. I frequently order from this restaurant, and all they offered me for the inconvenience was two egg rolls."

"Food was wonderful and the lady behind the counter was super nice. I was over an hour late picking up my order because of unforeseen delays, and she made sure that everything was hot when I got there. They definitely prefer cash which is understandable seeing as credit cards charge them money. I'll be back. Food was incredible."

"This place is a wonderful Old School Classic Chinese Restaurant complete with the wonderful 'Family Meal Combos '. I ate in it was busy which is always a good sign for a restaurant that is a little hidden out of the way. There was plenty of parking I didn 't wait for a table. The owner sat me I was served quickly. I ordered the LUNCH SPECIAL CURRY CHICKEN $6.75 which came with choice of Crabragoon (2) or Egg roll, Soup, Rice Entree.. I choose the Crab Ragoons, Egg Drop Soup Fried Rice to go with my Curry Chicken. They use REAL CRAB in their homemade Crab Ragoons the DIPPING SAUCE for them is beyond the classic Sweet Sour or Duck Sauce out of a can.. it 's obviously Homemade I think possibly Pineapple Based. The perfect thickness texture with just enough sweetness. It 's FABULOUS, BRIGHT Worth the trip just for that. The Egg Drop Soup was just what this classic should be..(no peas or carrots) and hot DELICIOUS. The fried rice was done classically and was good. The CURRY CHICKEN was just hot enough for my medium pallet without being too spicy. The portions were decent big enough I took half of it home. Great value. I also had Hot Tea which was good. To top it all off when I asked my server if I could please have a glass of WATER to go not only did she happily bring it to me she took the time to add a slice of fresh lemon. DETAILS!.. IT 'S ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS. I 'd give this place an extra star just for that. AWSOME EXPERIENCE! Thank you."

"Not anywhere to go out of your way for but good neighborhood Chinese that I'd get at least once a month until recently. I'm pretty picky about my crab rangoon and theirs hits the mark. 3 stars because the last THREE times I've tried ordering they don't answer the phone. Only once has it been at a usually busy time. It's disheartening when I want the goons!On top of that, their online ordering is turned off on all platforms besides Ritual unless it's like noon. Ritual is also disabled this evening and even if it wasn't I can't order because it will show one price then double once an item is in the cart. That was not the case previously."

"I initially ordered a large shrimp fried rice and a large shrimp egg foo young, but the total came to $25.70. Since I only had $25.00, they refused to accommodate that, so I opted for a large rice and a small egg foo young for $22.87 instead. They provided just two napkins, two forks, three soy sauce packets, and two sweet and sour sauces. When I asked for more napkins, they reluctantly gave me four additional ones. I noticed there was only one small piece of egg in the rice, and no green onions at all. This was really disappointing. If I didn't live so far from the restaurant, I would have sent it back. On the positive side, there was a decent amount of shrimp throughout the rice and in the egg foo young."

"I wrote this about the hot spicy chicken I had. we eat a lot of huh over the years because my children don't like meeresfruit. I think they used truth instead. I recently had chicken dishes of good taste golden china buffet. in these cases I had never doubted that I had huh. this time, the texture was somehow not right. the flesh was tenderized, but it was dry and the fibers were coarse. when I spent more time chewing it, it tasted like truthahn. I hope others will give their opinion. Of course, this does not mean that they use truthahn instead of huh in all their chicken dishes all the time."

"I called today (1/2017) by Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken and Mixed Vegetables, General Tsos Chicken, Egg Drop Soup and Steamed dumplings. I was told it would take about 15 minutes. "I called to place a delivery order and was told it would take 45 minutes. However, after waiting 70 minutes, I called again to check on our order. The staff member assured me that the driver was on the way. Unfortunately, just 10 minutes later, our food arrived cold. I then had to call again because part of our order was missing, and the response was that they couldn’t deliver it because they were too busy. I was very disappointed, especially since we live only about four blocks away."

"They were very prompt in delivering my order. I was not pleased with the food's taste. It lacked the flavor I'm use to in Chinese food. The pot stickers were huge, thick and not authentic. Wings were not crispy. I probably won't order those items again."
