"This place is getting 1 stars because me and my wife came here all the time but never again after today. A worker was very rude to my wife, she ordered through the app and when it said it was ready for pickup she went inside and the worker todo her it’s another 10 min wait. So we waited and she went back inside and still wasn’t ready, we asked how long will it take because we have already waited more than 30 minutes, and right away he had a very horrible attitude telling us and I quote “I HAVE ALOT OF ORDERS, I’M JUST ONE GUY, I CAN NOT DO EVERYTHING BY MYSELF. JUST WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER!” we were shocked for him to speak to us that way, very rude was not even sorry. Remind you, we ask him how long will we wait and we didn’t give no attitude, we were just curious because they’re always quick with their work and we waited more than 40 minutes for our order, but it was very unprofessional of him to talk to us that way and if he’s just one person than why would you take a the Night Shift by yourself? Or why does the owner hire another worker, because every time we would go there at night’s, there’s always two workers. Just today there was only one, I understand the frustration because I used to do fast food but I still managed to satisfy my customers no matter what the situation was. And in this case, this guy did not satisfy us at all, and because of this, we will never go back here ever again. He have better be careful the next time with someone else because he won’t know who he’ll be dealing with, he’ll learn his lesson that day…"
