"This restaurant is fantastic! Every time I visit, it's always clean, organized, and well-maintained. The drive-thru service is quick, and all the employees I've met are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They truly seem to enjoy their work, which is wonderful to see! I've never had any problems with my orders. While their drinks are a bit stronger than I prefer, the helpful barista provided me with some great suggestions to customize them to my taste. "They have the worst customer service at this location. It is a disservice to the Starbucks brand the way management has ill equipped the staff on how to greet and serve their customers. I just stood at the counter for close to two minutes and no one greeted me or stated that they’d be with me shortly. I am a very patient, reasonable and considerate person and could understand if it was a busy time for them. It was 5 am and I was the only dine in customer. There was one barista at the drive thru and one making a drink. Neither one acknowledged me or as much as looked my way. Needless to say because they literally didn’t see me as a customer, I turned and walked out. Throughout the years I have occasionally patronized this location and today I am reminded of why my visits are so infrequent. Unfortunately, this is about my third experience having walked out of this establishment for the lack of acknowledgement and service. I will never return. I strenuously do not recommend visiting this location. It appears they are more focused on their craft than their customers."

"The person at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor! Our order was perfectly accurate, and it was prepared with a smile, a few compliments, and a nice, clean joke. I had the Java Chip Frappuccino and a still-warm chocolate croissant, while my daughter enjoyed a Mocha Cookie Crunch Frappuccino and Kale Mushroom Egg Bites. Everything was fantastic! "My friend was visiting town and picked out Milkie as our meeting spot. We were both wanting some bingsu, so we made sure to get our bellies ready. We shared the matcha bingsu, which had a topping of sliced almonds, mochi, and red beans. It also came with a side of condensed milk, which you could drizzle on top as you ate. I thought that the toppings went super well with the bingsu! They cut the sweetness and also gave the shaved ice some texture. I also thought the shaved ice was pleasantly creamy and not so much icy like other bingsu I had. The matcha powder was sprinkled on top, so just note that the actual bingsu is not matcha flavored. Lastly, the portion was pretty big for $14. Overall, I enjoyed Milkie and would come again for my next treat!"

"Margarita, the barista, went out of her way to help me today and I am grateful for her generosity. I mistakenly went to the wrong store, but she still offered to make my drink since it had already been paid for. I had forgotten to request it iced, so when the drink came out hot, I offered to pay for a new one. However, Margarita insisted on remaking it for me.
