"The service was outstanding. The goat milk cavatelli pasta was rich and flavorful. The Duroc boar was tasty, but the portion size was a bit on the small side. The coppa ham and roggen didn’t impress and I wouldn't recommend it. The garlicky hearth-grilled prawns (only four) were overcooked and lacked the expected wood-grilled flavor. However, the Daytona bourbon cocktail was refreshing and smooth. While the prices were quite high compared to the portion sizes, Trust Restaurant remains our favorite!"
