"Nestled within the Jewel of the Ozarks, Bass Pro Shop is the ultimate spot for fishing, hunting, and outdoor enthusiasts, even offering boat and trailer combinations. Whenever I'm in Springfield, I can't resist stopping by for a Bloody Mary and to gaze at the breathtaking 30,000-gallon saltwater aquarium—it's truly a remarkable sight. The restaurant boasts a comfort food menu that has remained mostly unchanged for the last 30 years, along with a fantastic Sunday buffet for those who enjoy a hearty spread. The food is delightfully home-style, and the service goes above and beyond; the bartender was just as engaging as my husband, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The service is both friendly and efficient. However, parking can be a bit tricky due to its popularity, and you do have to navigate a small shopping maze to reach the restaurant, which often leads to some browsing. Prices are quite reasonable, and there's genuinely something for everyone."
