"Unfortunately, not a good experience during our recent visit to Bang Bang Pie Biscuits. Immediately off putting was the vibe from the counter worker. Not at all welcoming or engaging genuinely felt like he really didn’t want to be there or serve us. Just going through the motions. First impressions are everything and this one was unfortunately a glimpse of what would follow. After placing our order (2 mini pies and 2 coffees), it took FOREVER for our food to be delivered to our table. When it did arrive, we only had 1 pie! The server went back and immediacy delivered the missing one which made us wonder even more why it took so long to get them in the first place. The pies and beverages tasted fine no complaints there but given this lackluster experience, we won’t be back."
