"**Ambiance:** Located in the food court of HMart in Burlington, this place can get quite busy, especially on weekends. Finding a seat for two can be a challenge, let alone a table for our party of four. That's not really their issue, though. The restaurant stall itself was well-organized, and the menu was clear and straightforward.
**Service:** The service was solid. The woman who took my order for the King Buns was pleasant. We had a little hiccup with the credit card machine, but she assured me I could pay later once it rebooted. I ended up returning to order two additional meals as well.
**Food:** The food was fantastic! I started with the King Buns, expecting them to be juicy like xiao long bao, but she informed me that they were just meat buns. Despite this, I ordered them anyway, and they were aptly named for their size. While they didn’t contain any juice, they were filled with a delicious mix of meat, glass noodles, and other ingredients. They were slightly on the dry side, but at $6.99 for two, it felt worth the try. The sweet and sour pork, priced at $20 without rice, was exceptionally good. The sauce was served on the side, which allowed every piece of pork to stay crispy. I can’t wait to order that again! We also tried a dish that combined jia jiang mian noodles with a seafood noodle soup. Both were excellent! My wife thought the seafood soup leaned towards spicy, but I found it perfect for those who enjoy a bit of heat.
**Other Thoughts:** Be prepared for a wait for your food, which is understandable in any Asian restaurant where fried pork is involved—it takes time to cook properly. If you're dining in, you should be ready to hover around and wait for others to finish their meals in order to snag a table. Also, keep an eye out for other diners who might try to claim the table you've been waiting for. The sweet and sour pork, while on the pricey side at $20 and without rice, is substantial enough to satisfy at least two adults."
