"The turkey wrap and juice were solid. But when I order at midnight, I'm not expecting food to come at almost 2 am, especially when the restaurant is just 3 miles away. I understand people are short staffed during covid, but then adjust the delivery time to 2 hours online, not 45 minutes, and tell me honestly it will be delayed. Whoever picked up the calls didn't seem to know what was going on with the delivery, and kept saying the guy was on the way. Someone finally took the initiative to call me back and tell me the guy is almost there with my food. Got my food, but could have just walked to somewhere nearby if I knew it would be so late. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately, even though the food was good."
