"We sat at a large outdoor table due to my partner being on crutches and our small dog accompanying us. I informed the host of our seating choice, but no one approached us. After seeking out a waiter, we requested menus and water. Another server brought menus and mentioned returning with utensils, but only returned with water. A different waiter took our drink orders, followed by another staff member taking our food order. Surprisingly, our food arrived before our drinks and we still did not have utensils. Our drink order was also incorrect. The service was slow and the staff appeared confused at times. While the food was enjoyable, the service was a consistent issue for a restaurant that presents itself as high-end. This was the worst service we have experienced and we are uncertain if we will return."
