"I pulled up to place my order, and the staff member said, "Please pull up; we can't hear you very well, our speaker is breaking up." I replied, "Okay, no problem." Once I pulled up, she just stared at us. I attempted to order a "chocolate gladiator," but she informed me, "Sorry, we’re out of chocolate." I then tried to order a "vanilla 40oz," and she said, "We're out of large cups." Frustrated, I wished her a great day and decided to go to the Smoothie King on Pontchitrain Drive by Cross Gates Gym instead. The service there was much better, and they made me feel valued as a customer. It wasn't that they were completely out of everything at the first location; the real issue was the poor customer service. They definitely need to improve their staff. I'd rather drive the extra two miles to the other Smoothie King."
