"My favorite pho place in Mobile! Edit: Today, they had an opportunity to show how great their customer service is. We were reluctant to notify the staff that our pho noodles were too soft because we didn’t want to be difficult, and their food has always been top notch. When we finally let them know that the noodles were too soft this time, they took the noodles back and prepared us a new bowl. They were very quick to serve us again and the owner delivered the new bowl of pho himself. The noodles were perfect! The server checked on us after a couple of minutes to make sure everything was good. We are very satisfied with how they took care of us and will be back again soon."
