"I frequently visit this Subway and use coupons for discounts on 6-inch subs, footlongs, meals, and more. They usually accept them without issue. However, one evening, the manager informed me that they don't accept coupons, which is incorrect because they happily take them during lunchtime when I usually go, and the staff member there knows me. The manager was rude and started speaking in another language when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, and she didn't even have enough cash in the register to give me change. It's frustrating when they lie about not accepting coupons and talk behind my back when I try to show that I'm paying. It's about sticking to principles."

"Subway Management, you need to do better! I have placed 3 separate online orders on different days and each time the app shows they are ready only to find out once I arrive they haven?t even been started! They usually take another 20 min to finish becausethey are short staffed during peak lunch hours. This doesnt work when you only have 30 min lunch breaks and the whole reason forordering ahead is for time constraints. Either online orders need to be taken off or this store needs to better staffed!"

"Location moved to behind Starbucks in the McDonald's shopping lot on Mack Road and Valley high drive. They are open until nine which is very helpful because we get back from swim team in Rancho Cordova at 8:30. That night I had to spend 3 hours preparingfood for the team potluck the next day. We prefer Subway to McDonald's Burger King or Taco Bell. A young black woman took myorder; a salami and bacon 6 inch. All sandwiches on the cheese bread and toasted. I ordered rotisserie chicken provolone cheeseadd mortadello and cappicola. My other son ordered a footlong tuna and pepperjack sandwich. He needed the sandwich packed as 2 6inch sandwiches so he could take one to work for lunch the next day. She made each sandwich correctly. All had mayo and mustardand mine had parmasean vinegrette also. She put the perfect amount of condiments on each sandwich. She took her time and madesure each sandwich was made right. The salami only had an extreme amount of pickles as the desired produce. Then she wrapped andlabeled the sandwich without my having to ask. I had lettuce, picles, onions, banana peppers, extra olives, salt and pepper.Finally the tuna had spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers , pickles, banana peppers, and olives. Every sandwich looked fantastic.The prevention and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. She did not want to serve something she would not want to eatherself. She was very positive and had a stellar personality. The food tasted as wonderful. I really appreciated her superiorcustomer service care. We will definitely return."
"So I made my order around 12:20-12:30am on a Monday, went to the place to pick up to see the only worker there taking a smoke break outside didn 't even flinch when I came in. After walking in the store to see no one was watching the inside and the storeappears empty/ vacant so I went outside to where the dude I usually see working there informed him I didn 't want to order andonly had a pick up that was ready to go. Mind you I 'm a security for downtown and I don 't get meal breaks in my shift as I amthe only one on shift. So me going 5-10 mins out of my way to the closet place that 's open around this time I 'm already puttingmyself in a horrible situation and I 'm not in the mood to be treated like some dirt. Literally as I walked away with my meal Ialready pre paid for and got myself cuz the cashier wanted me to wait after he smoked his cigarette. Literally threatened me asI was walking away doing his job for him. Caught him saying you better not come back here again is this how stores train theirovernight shift? This how subway train people? How can you be caught not doing your job then get mad and threaten customers???Makes no sense I definitely wouldn 't go back here again if I felt unsafe because of the employees working here. I might even suethis place for such customer service."

"I stopped for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. I had received vouchers via email, but I was only allowed to use one. It didn’t mention that I couldn’t use all of them. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, but I could barely find any steak in it, which was disappointing. I also got the vegetables and steak sauce on the side. Normally, I share my sandwich with my husband, but it wasn’t cut, so I had to tear it in half myself. On the bright side, the iced tea was freshly brewed, which was a nice touch."

"Today, I visited a restaurant around 8:20 am. I attend PCC, so I decided to grab a quick sandwich for the day. When I arrived, I noticed a regular customer, an elderly man, who was being treated unfairly by the staff. He was shorted change, and when he pointed out the mistake, he was dismissed and told to check his receipt. This wasn't the first time I had seen him there, and I was sure he was correct. Unfortunately, he decided not to argue and left. When it was my turn to order, I specified that it was for take-out. However, when I received my receipt, I noticed that I was charged the eat-in tax. Many people may not be aware, but some restaurants, including Subway, charge a higher tax for eating in. When I questioned the staff member about this, she insisted that there was no difference in price between eating in and taking out. Having worked at Subway before, I knew this wasn't true. When I confronted her, she dismissed me as well. As I was leaving, she tried to stop me and insisted on charging me again. I asked her if I was right and she was lying, to which she begrudgingly admitted. I was shocked by the sarcasm and disrespect I encountered. I told her she didn't need to lie and left the restaurant. I had class to attend and didn't have time to argue with someone who was clearly taking advantage of customers. It was disappointing to experience such treatment right next to my campus."

"I placed an online order through the Subway website using Postmates, but when I arrived to pick it up and provided my last name, the staff informed me they didn't have my order. They directed me to another nearby Subway, which also had no online orders. After some confusion, they called the original store and discovered that my order was actually listed under my first name. The first store never bothered to ask if the order might be under a different name and just sent me away, even though they only had one online order at that time. It was a frustrating and careless experience on Subway's part. The sandwiches were good, but next time I order online, I’ll be sure to double-check everything."

"I always get veggies toasted with the meat so I asked for the spinach to be toasted with the onions and peppers but she said they can 't toast spinach and lettuce. I didn 't really mind that. It was when she got the sub out of the toaster she added thesmallest amount of spinach (like 6 leaves). So I ask for extra spinach and she literally yelled at me about "the formula "Sandwich wasn 't even fully toasted my chicken was still cold. Sub was ok, her attitude not so much."

"I work close to another subway location, but I choose to come to this one instead. The staff and management here are fantastic and very friendly. The restaurant is always clean and smells great. It's a nice feeling to be greeted with a smile and served by happy employees. Thanks to this subway, my lunches are always enjoyable. I wish I could give them 10 stars!"
