"To make matters worse, when I took a bite of my sandwich, the egg was undercooked and spilled all over my shirt. The box was a mess with dripping egg. It was really disappointing, especially since I had hoped this would be a nice start to my morning. I usually don’t buy breakfast sandwiches, but I chose one with a fresh-cooked egg instead of the frozen variety, and I certainly didn't expect to end up wearing it.
The girl at the counter apologized for the wait, but there was no one in front of me, so if it took longer, I would have expected the sandwich to be prepared properly. Fortunately, I had a sweatshirt I could zip up, as it was around 8:15 AM, and I was concerned this would set a negative tone for the rest of my day. I intended to share a picture, but I couldn't find a way to post it. On a side note, I've noticed that no one seems to respond to these reviews; I wonder if they are ever actually read."
