Our server got into an argument with my daughter about an incorrect side dish and then failed to check on us again after delivering the meals for our party of four adults. It was a Thursday afternoon, and the place wasn't busy at all, so there really was no reason for not even a single follow-up visit."

"30 Minutes just to get our Drinks and Coffee..???And the Coffee was colder then the Sodas???About 30 minutes for our Food thinking it would be nice and Hot and fresh Since it took so long...Well the food was Colder then the sodas also .....????The server was kind tho I was going to tip him $35.But since he added his own tip to the Bill i just left it at that was way less then I was going to give him but since he did that oh well to me that's a disrespect when they add there own tip because they do that on PURPOSE.SO THE CAN GET DOUBLE TIP???So guys when a Waitress add there own tipDon't give them no more even though we give more then what they add to the bill DONT GIVE more let them have there little change they put on the bill and that's all??Over All I will Never Visit this Slum i-Hop at all NEVERRRR??????"

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to my server Brianna OG. She greeted me with a big smile and treated me like family throughout my meal. When she served my bacon, she even gave my hand a friendly kiss. Everything was going well until I started choking, but Brianna quickly came to my rescue and saved my life. She went above and beyond by giving me $100 and driving me home after the incident. Her kindness, politeness, and genuine helpfulness made her the best person I have ever met. Overall, the special treatment I received from her was unlike anything I have ever experienced before at a restaurant."
