"New Place whatever-day-we-went. This is a hidden gem. I wasn't expecting such a cool place just looking at the front of the building. Parking was a beast, but we made do. It was a little pricey for what it was, mainly burgers, but the food was good and the environment was really something. I'm not sure if there is an inside area (maybe for parties? maybe it was closed), but the outside area was spacious and attractive. There's a large playground in the middle for the kiddos, and a large bar in the back for the rest of us. There was a wide selection of beers and the bartender was really friendly. The birds scared my GF a little, since they're very acclimated to people and didn't seem too bothered coming right up to you looking for something to eat. I recommend."

"Fill up on water before and after you eat there bcus the sandwich alone won't fill you up. They substitute meat for condiments and veggies, so much so the whole sandwich becomes a soggy mess that you can barely hold. It just drips apart very sadly. That's when you see the truth of the sandwich and it's over breading and way too much sauce. Trusted Intel informed me that the sandwiches are made based on social profiles. "My husband and I are hooked on Dibella's Subs!! We frequent our Milford Dibella's at least once or twice a week. The food is always fresh and delicious and the bread is absolutely amazing!! Wish we could purchase a couple of rolls of bread to take home! The service is quick and friendly and we love the rewards program. The restaurant is neat and clean and oh yes....can't forget about Miss Vicki's Potato Chips and Grandma Dibella's Chocolate Chip Cookies!! Yummy!! There's so much to choose from and definitely go there and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The Best Subs In Town!!"

"Delicious bread, fresh ingredients. Our last stage in the Buffalo Tour that we did today. We ate a part of each sub in the restaurant and take the rest home for dinner. Their subs remind me of a few places back home in CT (although we call them Grinder). For me, bread is one of the most important parts of a sub. When the bread sucks, it's ruined for me. Your bread is chewing inside, crusty outside. a perfect underbrot. I have the godfather who was Salami, Capicola and spicy ham. There was a stack of meat and an equal amount of toppings, beautiful proportions for a bit with everything in it. The steak and the cheese we ordered were the wrong bread that was a bit disappointing. We also thought it could be a bit more mayonnaise (if you're in Mayo on a steak n cheese . We really liked the decor there, very 50s diner style. Thanks for a good meal, Buffalo! See you soon!"

"I returned to this restaurant after a couple of years, and it remains my favorite sub shop in the NY Capital District. I was hopeful I could give them a 5-star rating. I've personally enjoyed their meatball, tuna, and ham subs, all of which have been quite good. During my recent visit, I ordered the meatball sub again, but it didn't quite live up to my memories. However, it was still tasty, and the portions are generous. I ordered a medium size and couldn't finish it; the small is more than enough to satisfy. I also noticed that prices have increased, which isn't surprising, but it does factor into my rating. What used to be a 5-star experience at the old prices might only warrant a 4-star at the new prices. Despite this, I still prefer this shop over Jersey Mike's, Subway, and especially Mr. Subb."

"A great sub shop, far superior to all the other chains yet not nearly as well known, which is a shame. The staff is friendly and will prepare your sub to order in a very accommodating manner. The bread is baked on premises, tastes fresh and not doughy like other chains. One notices immediately how large the place with plenty of stand-alone tables and booths, all DiBella's locations tend to be like that. The salads are prepared daily and make a nice side item to any sub."

"I must commend Brian and the staff at DiBella's in Warren for doing a fantastic job of looking after me when DoorDash completely let me down. Despite facing challenges with DoorDash, they managed to re-make my food quickly during their busy lunch rush. The sandwich was made perfectly and still tasted delicious when I got home. "I ordered food from them, the courier waited for them for more than an hour, the attitude of the staff is very cold and does not pay attention to details at all. "I big plastic divider is between employees and customers. Subs are good and customizable to the customer. Don't understand how they can stay help keep social distancing if they allow indoor eating at peak hours. If all subs from here at all locations taste this good then they could be like subway at many plazas."

"Since the pandemic began, I have noticed some minor service issues at this restaurant location. However, the staff always do their best, even when they are short-staffed. Today, my experience was excellent. I was greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, and the ordering and checkout process was quick. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and the quality of the food has consistently been top-notch. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant and giving it a try, as I believe it is the best sub shop in the area. If anyone knows of a better sub shop nearby, I would love to hear about it!"
