"I came here for dinner on a Friday night and despite the food being authentic and decent, the service was horrible and rude.We ordered the rice cake and dumpling soup, the potato pork neck bone soup and the soup that serves 2-3 people called seafood casserole. The rice cake and dumpling soup was very bland. The potato and pork neck bone soup was very flavorful and had lots of meat. The seafood casserole had fresh blue crab, two mini octopus, mussels, clams, fish, shrimp and lots of misc squid. They have those door bells at each table you can ring for service, except when you press it, they look over at your table and don 't come over.We asked for refills for our water and tea and they came over once after they dropped off our food. When we were done eating, I asked for the check and the lady literally rolled her eyes and said you pay at the front. I thought that was strange but decided to listen to the middle aged women 's directions. What pissed me off was I saw another waitress grab a check with a credit card from another customers table, which made me believe this lady straight up was being rude and disrespectful to make me go to the front.Once at the front register, my mom asked to see the check as she was holding out her credit card preparing to pay. The middle aged woman grabbed the credit card out of my mother 's hand, didn 't even present the bill and proceeded to insert the credit card into the reader. I had to step in and tell her that we never got the bill nor had the chance to review it before confirming payment. I asked to see the bill and she straight up was short with me in a rude tone said, You wait. The women proceeded to say our credit card was declined when I saw her pull the credit card out of the machine before the transaction was completed. I told her the credit card was fine and I want to see the bill. The women seemed so irritated to print me the bill but finally did. I reviewed the bill and confirmed it was correct before I told her she could run the same credit card again. Guess what, the card worked this time.Overall, I read the other yelpers review and I agree, the service is super slow and poor, the middle aged women that work here are super rude and seemed racist because they appeared to be super friendly to the Korean customers. The food wasn 't superb enough for me to be coming back."
