As a vegetarian, it's incredibly frustrating to accidentally bite into something with meat. What began as excitement for a tasty snack quickly turned into disappointment and disgust. I had ordered a veggie wrap, but instead, I got a mouthful of chicken! When I called to address the issue, they told me I could drive back, and they would fix my order. There was no apology or understanding from them. What if I had a severe allergy? They didn’t provide any alternative solution, just insisted I could come back anytime for a replacement. I'm not going to make a 20-minute trip just for a wrap! To make matters worse, the smoothie had no flavor at all. The reviews are right—whatever they do at this location results in smoothies tasting like sweetened water. At least the chips were good, but they certainly don’t make those, do they? "
