"The food at this restaurant was delightful. I enjoyed the appetizers and the perfectly cooked fish dish. The house tea was flavorful and accompanied by a lovely side of honey. The staff was entertaining and my waiter was fantastic. Although I dined alone and arrived early, I was not able to sit in a booth as they were reserved for later, but I was in and out in less than an hour. I look forward to returning to try more items on the menu."

"Our open table reservation was not registered at the restaurant but they immediately tried to accommodate by putting us in the front of the restaurant. We appreciated it but after sitting the restaurant ended up getting packed, no outdoor option and we were trapped with hookah smoke. Having sat down and ordered we packed up our food quickly and left. We really should have left sooner due to the capacity of the restaurant and lack of ventilation from the smokers considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I thought restaurants were meant to operate indoors at a reduced capacity. Food was good and servers were friendly but disappointed in how they’re managing during a pandemic."

"I first visited this restaurant in Arlington and recently tried their location in Reston. I had another fantastic lunch there. I ordered the Falafel Platter and was blown away by how delicious the falafel was. The hummus was also fantastic. I highly recommend this place for their amazing food at affordable prices."

"I am not a Chicago local, so I make sure to eat here every time I’m in the area. The owner and her daughter are the sweetest, and the owner explains her dishes in great detail and pride. Everything here is delicious. My go to’s are the beef agashe wrap with Meroë sauce and hibiscus guava juice. Add the turmeric garlic rice for a side and the fenugreek pudding for dessert if you really want to treat yourself. Last time I was in, the owner let me try this new dessert she was working on! It was very similar to baklava, and it was delicious. Hope to see it on the permanent menu one day!"
