"It must be the only buffet in town for it to be the best in Alvarado. Staff is very courteous. Atmosphere is reminiscent of a private home with kids running around. Service is self-serve. You collect your own utensils, condiments, and fortune cookies for take-out. The food lacked flavor as did the sauces. Had Orange Chicken with fried rice and Chicken Lo Mein. It was bland. Like they didn't add any salt."
