"At the end of our meal, I presented a Gold Coast loyalty card that the Food and Beverage Manager had given me during my previous visit with the same group. However, no one knew how to process the card, which offers a 15% discount and valet parking. It took an additional 15 minutes to sort this out.
When I went to retrieve our cars from the valet, the staff was similarly confused about the complimentary parking benefit, which was supposed to be included with dine-in service. That took another 20 minutes to resolve.
Despite the staff being very polite, it seems they are either new or lack proper training. The website clearly states that dine-in customers receive free valet parking, but it appears they are changing the rules without informing their guests. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this experience."
