"This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in Round Table. It’s our family tradition to get pizza for my late dad’s birthday. I ordered this pizza online to be picked up at 6:30pm. I got there a little late at 6:48pm and I was told that the pizza was still in the oven. I was fine with it because at least my pizza was going to be hot even though I was late. At 7pm, my pizza was ready and I drove home. I felt the box and it wasn’t very hot, but still I had high hopes. I got home, opened the boxes to serve my family and I was sooo disappointed. My pizza was undercooked with not a lot of toppings and the breadsticks were inedible (seriously hard as a rock), with no flavor, or maybe the garlic had been cooked off... I’m not sure, but it was basically $7 overcooked pizza crust. Growing up my Dad would order pizza from Round Table every payday. It was something we looked forward to every other week. Pizza night! After tonight though, I could of gotten better quality pizza from Little Caesars for a fraction of the price. I wasn’t bothered by the wait time, I know things are stressful under our current situation and everything being closed, but the quality of this meal was terrible. I’m sad and thinking of starting a new tradition."
