"The only reason I'm not giving this a 1-star review is because the staff I interacted with were all very friendly and attentive. The managers and owners should take pride in their team, especially during a time when many restaurants are struggling to find staff. I don’t have high expectations when dining at this end of the culinary spectrum, so I know it wasn't my discerning taste keeping me from enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I ordered the Grand Sampler, one child had pizza, and the other had spaghetti with meatballs. Most of the items were barely edible, and the spaghetti and meatballs were completely inedible, including the portion in my sampler. We tried the mozzarella appetizer, which, while not a great version of fried mozzarella, was the only part of the meal that wasn’t revolting. For $40, this is an experience I will not be repeating."
