"As for mine, I was struggling to suck up chunks of banana, ice, cashews, and dates through my straw (or they were stuck at the end). I ended up tossing the last quarter of my smoothie because there was no liquid left, just a bunch of chunks. They used to be thick, creamy, and satisfying, but they’ve definitely changed. I’m really bummed and will be looking for another place to get smoothies from now on.
I would have gone back to request a new smoothie or ask for it to be blended again, but the line was long and the service was painfully slow with only two staff members handling a lot of orders. I had already waited a significant amount of time, and I couldn't wait any longer.
On a positive note, the young staff behind the counter were very polite and professional, which I appreciated."
