"Restaurant is lovely and comfortable. Waitstaff is efficient and friendly. Trendy but with a welcoming vibe. Food was okay. Not bad. But okay. I had a Apple cheddar salad. Lettuce was chopped too small, apples were too big; and it needed something, like avocado or a starch, some other complexity. My friend had a burger and fries. He got that, but it was simple. I also ordered the sausage to share appetizer which was very very good. Perfect place to have a group out, or even an intimate date. The staff were the best at their job I've seen in a long while. They seemed neither harried, nor indolent. Came at the right moments, said the right things, but still seemed like human beings. Also very good variety of stuff for vegans, and people with gluten allergies, or people who like locally sourced foods. Menu was nice mix of comfort foods and the ambitious. You can bring both your parents and your foodie friend who only eats organic and pretends they are allergic to things."
