"This was a fantastic experience for my teen and I who love to attend afternoon teas. Service was exceptional, we loved getting a complimentary picture together in front of a Christmas tree, and the venue is impeccable. My teen, by her own definition, is a pickier eater than a toddler, and they allowed her to order the children's tea, which was a much better choice for her palate. She had never been offered hot cocoa instead of tea, and she loved that option. She was even more excited when she got her own pot full of tea. Our server and all servers and employees at the Phoenician were so welcoming and gracious. I loved my sandwiches. She loved hers- eating more than she usually does at tea. My only con, I was disappointed in the scones. I couldn't eat the cranberry one, there were so many cranberries it was overwhelming. The Devonshire cream was flat tasting (usually one of my favorite parts of tea. The dessert was plentiful and beautifully presented. And we so enjoyed the piano player! Overall; it was a fantastic experience and one we were both glad to share."
