"we have ordered from them several times. this time it SUCKED on jan 22!! they did not include the sides that were suppose to come with our order. nor did they include dressings or sauces that were suppose to come with our sides salads. I called Casa Mias to let them know and the guy who took my order also answered and just said ok didn't offer to make it right or provide some money back. after he said ok he hung up on me. I then called them back about hanging up on me and of course they immediately put me on hold. I guess the losers recognized my number and didn't want to hear what I had to say. they have gone down hill with food and service and won't order from there again! if you want good food and service go somewhere else don't order from them!!!"

"I was waiting for my dog to be groomed in the area, and decided to treat myself here due to its high ratings. I walked in and stood at the desk for a little over 8 minutes while the staff just starred at me and spoke amongst themselves from a distance. One of them walked right pass me twice and looked me up and down without asking have I been helped. The vibes were off here at this establishment and i did not feel welcomed. I truly disguise that this was my first and very last experience here. I really hope their staff can practice a ton of compassion and exemplify equality while working in this diverse world."

"I am very disappointed… my boyfriend orders food from this place weekly I personally do not like their food … however I gave it a shot and ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap.. i particularly asked for no mozzarella and the description originally says mozzarella and chicken breast hot sauce and blue cheese.. when I received the order the wrap was stuffed to the rim with cucumbers … I am deathly allergic and it is not on the list of ingredients so I am so great full I looked inside the wrap instead of just trusting them I would have literally died! I called back quickly and explained that I got the wrong order she asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new wrap. I said I am hungry so I would like my food and I paid for it.. she said let me ask a manager in my head I am wondering what do you have to ask you sent me the wrong food … usually pronto comes very quick literally in 20 minutes or less because we are 4-5 blocks away. She said it would take 30-45 minutes and I said you know what can I just have the refund. She said they already started … first off how can he start when her and I were still talking on the phone 2nd the fact that I just wanted my refund should have been no issue … I am just really unhappy with this … I have to eat dinner at 9 pm which is not usual for me and I could have died eating what they sent … just not great !"

"There are many gluten-free options available at this restaurant! I tried the cheese on lettuce with tomato. Unfortunately, I suffered from food poisoning for 4 days afterwards, possibly from a new norovirus. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. The food tasted amazing and the staff were excellent. The restaurant has a lovely, clean design with beautiful decor, easy parking and entry, and is easy to locate. It is mostly fragrance-free, except for some customers. However, they do not offer tap water."

"I almost loved everything I got here except the over fried the shrimp couldn’t eat it at all. For everyone that likes sweet wine cupcake wine sweet not dry sweet. The 2 things that I loved was the soup it was my first time having this clam chowder soup and the lobster roll kinda wish it had like a sauce mix with lobster and it would have been mouth watering."

"I ordered a pizza with no cheese as my GF is allergic, the awesome lady who took my order made sure to tell pizza maker..being an idiot like I am when I opened the box I thought it had cheese. I brought it back and she for third time checked and assured me no cheese and wasnt annoyed at all..just cared about the order....She also went out of her way to come to the lot as I was leaving to give me the insane pizza sauce I forgot.. 1000 out of 100 service and food"

"Ordered a large white pizza with peppers, onions and bacon, pizza was very good but apparently I need to pay more attention to prices. The additional toppings were 4.00 each. Now I could see if the pizza was loaded with the toppings requested but if we were lucky there was maybe a quarter of an onion, a half a pepper if that and maybe 2/3 slices of bacon crumbled up on the pizza. I mean really what a rip off to have a $12 up charge for toppings that literally probably cost $3/4 dollars simply because bacon is expensive. I thought it must be wrong so I called and yup $4 per topping, totally outrageous."

"We arrived at 8:15 and were informed that the kitchen would close in just 15 minutes. The waitress brought all our food out at once, which is unusual since drinks are typically served first, followed by the salad and then the main course. We also placed a delivery order, which was prepared at the same time. It felt as though they didn’t want us there and were eager to rush us out of the restaurant. It was particularly odd considering there were only three other parties present, especially given that it was the night of the national championship football game. As customers, one would expect the restaurant to create a positive experience to encourage us to return and share our experience with friends. Instead, it felt uncaring and resulted in one of the most unpleasant dining experiences we've had in a long time. To top it off, the waitress reached for our bill before we had even finished clearing our table. It's hard to imagine returning to this restaurant."
