"I?m giving my experience 2 stars, only for the fact that we never had the chance to be seated, so I can?t comment on the food. We walked in at roughly 5:15 pm. We were standing behind a group of 4, waiting to be seated. 5 minutes passed, and people started getting in line behind us. During this time, no one waiting to be seated was acknowledged. Not one person. I normally like to give the benefit of the doubt in situations like this, but the restaurant wasn?t even close to busy. If only someone, literally anyone, would have stopped by and let us know that they were running behind, or acknowledged that we were there at all, I wouldn?t be leaving this review. The restaurant was almost empty, and we were ignored. After another couple of minutes we left to go to another restaurant. That restaurant was full, and had a 40 minute wait. I don?t know what?s going on with Applebee?s, but if they keep running a business model that has zero focus on customer service, they won?t be here much longer."
