"I've been a customer at Billy Sims in Edmond for the past 10 years, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. When I got home, the food didn't meet the standards I've come to expect from my previous experiences. The girl at the window looked unwell and seemed disinterested. I'd like corporate to be made aware of this.
Usually, when I visit, there are staff members named Zach and Kemper who really enhance the experience. I don’t know if they still work there, but I believe they're why the restaurant had been doing so well — they offer great customer service, and the food has always been good when they’re on duty. Unfortunately, today didn't reflect that.
To make matters worse, I received onions and pickles, which I've never had included before at Billy Sims. It was an unpleasant surprise, with too much onion and pickle. I also found jalapeño peppers at the bottom of my dish mixed in with the onions and pickles.
Lastly, I think Billy Sims should consider offering a military discount, as it would show appreciation for those of us who serve."
