"We would have thought based on our first time experience and the cost for the entrees that the meals would be outstanding. Well that did not happen. Not impressed at all and we are locals to Hilton head island. Onion rings are heavily breaded. The salmon sushi bowl was $22 and had $4 of ingredients, very sad. My wife ordered Cabernet Sauvignon and got white wine, tried it again and got the same white wine, so we gave up. The burger was $20 and so you would think it would be special and tasty, no it was over cooked and was ordered medium well. Sorry will not return."

"Great experience.I had the Chicago Dog and my wife had the Connecticut Lobsta Roll.The hot dog was very good. The skin was crisp when I bit into it, and it was topped appropriately and plentifully.The lobster roll was very good, with a generous portion of lobster.For sides, we had the chili cheese fries and the onion rings.The fries were messy, but good.The onion rings were great. They were crispy, and made with actual thick rings of onion, not some ground up onion mixture The owner was walking around, schmoozing, and he asked if we wanted sauce for the onion rings. He had 2 sauces, a sweet one and a spicy one. I asked him which one he would recommend, and without hesitation, he recommended the spicy one. It was really good.The lobster roll wasn't cheap (I think it was around $29), but as I said before, there was a lot of lobster on it, so it was worth the price.We will absolutely be going back!"

"Ordered a classic lobster roll and bowl of bisque, both with extra meat, to go. Total for just the two items was $30, before tax, pretty pricey. The bisque was creamy and tasted ok. If you want lobster meat in your bisque, the extra meat add on is a must. Otherwise you'll only get tiny little flakes of lobster every now and then. The lobster roll itself was much smaller than expected, especially for the price. Even with the extra meat, for the price, it is skimpy on the meat. The roll itself was perfectly toasted. It was seasoned well and the lobster was cooked properly, not tough or chewy, but it did have a fishy taste. Got the Connecticut version with butter, was a bit greasy. Would I go back, maybe for a special occasion or treat. Would it be a regular place to go, probably not, it's just not a good value and not great enough to justify the cost."

Just keep in mind that this place is nothing more than a tiny, no-frills, noisy counter-service spot. They mainly serve one item: flavorful lobster rolls, accompanied by chips or potato salad. "Ordered two lobster rolls Tarts and a portion of lobster bisque. The baby and father stayed in the car while I went inside. Upon arrival, I waited briefly as the cashier completed her task. I told her I was there for a pickup under the name Fathers Name. She asked for the ID from the Orderer (which obviously is not with me) stating she couldn 't hand me the order without it. I matched her energy quick. Since I didn 't have the ID, she refused to give me the food. Feeling confused, I suggested getting the ID sent to my phone, which she agreed to after some back-and-forth. I showed her the ID, which she approved.Fast forward to when I needed to sign the check. Tipped $0 due to poor service. After reviewing the check, the lady seemed entitled to a tip and shook her head. I left the store upset. The story didn 't end there. Approaching the car, I noticed he was on the phone with the cashier of the store I just left. She called to inform him that I was rude but left out the cause. Unbelievable--the Audacity! it 's company policy to ask for ID, but it seems ok to call the cell number on the mobile Order to complain to the owner about me.Conneticut Lobster roll were not good- no seasoning or flavor. Lobster Bisque was good But Tarts we paid for Quart and got a cup Of Bisque. Won 't be coming back."
