"The only thing they are consistent about is, disappointment. The broiler is always broken down and they run out if things often. They asked me to pull into space #1 cause they were making my 2 chicken wraps and fries fresh, well....15 minutes later, we looped back around and the girl handed us our food real quick and shut the window. Needless to say, it wasn't fresh. The wraps were room temp and the fries were old and cold. They are the worst Burger King ever. This was not my first experience like this. Its everytime. I decided to drive to cape from now on, if I want burger king"

"Heather and Miranda, who were working the drive-thru, truly made my evening. Their cheerful, upbeat, and playful personalities added a whole new level of enjoyment to the experience. Let's be honest—talking into a drive-thru speaker can be as enjoyable as a visit from Freddy Krueger. However, Heather and Miranda had me laughing even before I had placed my order! Great job, ladies! As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available."

"The guy at the front was an absolute gem—sweet as a peach and genuinely helpful. On the other hand, the young woman with the piercings was clearly new and very nervous. I get it; I’ve been in her shoes. Working in the service industry is tough, especially when you’re still figuring things out and dealing with customers. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. I placed an order through the app, but half of it was missing. I had to go back twice. When I finally got everything, my sandwiches were smashed and soggy, the fries were stale, and the sodas were watered down. Honestly, the only way it could’ve been worse was if I’d found something gross in my food or dealt with rude employees—but that guy at the front saved this from being a total zero-star review. Even so, we won’t be coming back. And it wasn’t just this location. Both Arby’s we’ve tried have been complete letdowns. Spending $50 only to leave frustrated and disappointed is ridiculous."

"I recently ordered breakfast for takeout, and while the service was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and prompt, earning a solid 5 for service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent, scoring a 3. However, the food itself was disappointing, leading to a low rating of 2. Overall, I appreciated the service, but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast options."

"I have to say the night shift workers are awesome they wasn't rude or disrespectful in anyway and I got my drink in a timely manner. I have to give a round of applause to the two men that was working tonight they where awesome. I have nothing bad to say about this burger king everytime I go there my order is always right never once has my order been messed up and I've always got my orders in a timely manner and the food has never been cold. I have to honestly say this is one of the best burger king's I've been to despite what everyone else says I love it. All the staff have been friendly twords me and the people I bring with me. "We had a great experience at our table by the window, which was ideal for our family of five. Our waiter, Gonzo, was delightful—fun, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was good overall, but I found the perch special to be just okay, not outstanding. On the other hand, my grandson absolutely loved his mac and cheese burger! I appreciated being able to make a reservation, ensuring our table was ready upon arrival. Although it wasn’t crowded during our visit, I know it can get busy at times."

"I've given this restaurant several chances, but I’ve now decided not to return. Unfortunately, the meat is far from fresh—it’s tough and seems to be pre-cooked, likely from a day or two ago. If there’s any flavor, it leans more towards spoiled rather than fresh. On top of that, the staff isn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. There are definitely better options out there, so I recommend looking elsewhere."

"The slushy and freeze machine seems to work only about once every ten times I visit. The food is rarely served hot; it’s usually just at room temperature. The woman at the drive-thru window always has an unpleasant attitude, regardless of how polite I try to be. The chicken nuggets are consistently overcooked and incredibly tough. Today, I stopped for two hot chocolates and was shocked to find they cost $2.50 each for such small cups. While the hot chocolate was hot, it tasted more like chocolate-flavored water. It was truly disappointing. I'm not a hot chocolate expert, but I can confidently say it was the worst I've ever had. Even my 4-year-old son, who loves chocolate, said it was "yuck." I would have preferred to go out of my way to Tim Hortons, where I could get a larger size for $1.69 and much better quality. Burger King seems to be declining in quality, not just at this location but across my local area. They are starting to become worse than a gas station convenience store."

"Tonight, I went for a half-hour stroll near the Hiram G. Andrews Center campus and decided to stop by a Burger King located just outside the Westwood Plaza, a strip mall in the suburb of Westmont, Johnstown. To my surprise, this location is one of the few Burger Kings left in the country that still features a playground for kids. It really takes me back to the nostalgia of the 2000s!"

"Perhaps a juicy burger could satisfy our cravings, despite the fact that we were a well-dressed group. Once we arrived, I found myself at the front door, with my companions close behind. As I approached the counter, I was warmly greeted by a towering man who introduced himself and offered to take our order. Commander Holly, as he called himself, suggested a classic beef burger (naturally with cheese) and some crispy fries. We agreed on a reasonable price, and soon the kitchen crew sprang into action, determined to prepare us a feast that would rival our last visit six months prior. To our delight, the food was exceptional, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks were refreshing. I was reluctant to leave this paradise so quickly, but unfortunately, the kids were fed up, and my partner was annoyed that I was basking in my food-induced bliss. As I thanked Commander Holly for his service on this lovely day, he cheerfully replied, “No need for gratitude, my friend! I’m just happy you chose this place to alleviate your hunger!” With that, Commander Holly and the rest of the crew seemed to vanish into thin air. Was it all an illusion? Had our appetites truly been satisfied? Was this man the legendary Burger King himself, helping weary travelers feast upon the remnants of their adventures? No one knows for sure. His name, his crew, and their noble service will be remembered fondly, wherever they may be."
"The last order was very wrong. Wrong sandwiches and no wraps. Substitute for chicken fries because no stock. Ice cream tastes bad. Lettuce was wilted. No tomatoes on my wraps after I did get them. Last order was also wrong. Very disappointing after driving home and realizing food was wrong. Then we tried to call and phone doesn't work. Can't complain when no one answers the phone. Extremely poor way to run a restaurant. We don't eat out much and when we spend the money it would be nice to at least get what we ordered. Feels like we were ripped off."

"I go to this BK 3 or more times a week during the lunch hours... 5 star service everytime. I go here 1 time at 9:45-ish at night and get some of the worst service and horrible BK I 've ever gotten... and I used to frequent the MLK/Rainier one all the time, js... I get to the parking lot and the dope feinds are bad, real bad. Then at the box i didnt even know if it was open and almost drove off until someone said 'Uh. What? Can I help you? There were no drive thru lights, no lights foreseeable through the drive thru window and the order screen was broken. The milkshake was literally milk flavor on the bottom (and it was vanilla smh) and soft serve in top..no mixing required? Ok. And my original chicken sandwich was obviously from dinner rush, even the bun was stale as if it was toasted hours ago. I will say, I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 because of the daytime crew. Management needs to get it together. The light skinned round man leaves alot to be desired and avery bad taste in your mouth on the night crew. The short lady in the day makes up for EVERY experience I 've ever had there... smh.Parking: DO NOT PARK THERE!!!! Use the drive thru and keep your windows up at night."

"Horrible experience, I literally frequent this place regularly every week, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m a First Responder, I am also a Delivery Driver for Door Dash, there is one female employee there who is rude to me the last 3 times I’ve went there, when the manager is there or the other shift manager I get great service, when she’s there I do not.
