"I was very disappointed with the new owner's choice of cook. The food was terrible compared to what we experienced under the previous owners. The name and number are still the same, so I assumed the quality would remain consistent for past patrons. Unfortunately, we encountered overcooked and tough mozzarella sticks, a small cheese pizza that was undercooked, and a grilled chicken sandwich that I ordered without tomato but received with tomato instead. I also requested mayo, but was told it comes with it—in reality, there was none. To top it off, the toasted bread was incredibly stale, and the bill came to over $41. Even if the food had been prepared correctly, that price was far too much. On a positive note, the owner did refund my money and seemed genuinely upset about our experience. Still, it was disappointing because my whole family was really looking forward to dining at Luigi's again, and it turned out to be a major letdown!"
