"The Brussels sprouts were soaked in oil, and the carrots were drowning in butter. After refrigerating them, we noticed the butter had solidified around the carrots, and the Brussels sprouts were literally swimming in oil. We ended up throwing that out as well. I had looked forward to this meal, and I can’t believe a well-known restaurant could disappoint us on Thanksgiving. I also felt embarrassed, having praised this place to our guests to ease their disappointment about not having a home-cooked meal.
Additionally, all tables received the same small amount of cranberry sauce and gravy, regardless of how many people were dining. We were a party of five, which made the tiny bowl of gravy insufficient. When we asked for more, we were charged $2, and to top it off, they didn’t include it with our leftovers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
