A hearty sandwich with flavorful meatballs, tangy marinara sauce, and melted cheese, served in a freshly baked hoagie roll.

"Let me start of by stating the positive. For many years my wife, friends and I have been visiting Pitch Pizzeria and have enjoyed many meals and great service. Today that image was completely destroyed. We entered Pitch West to be greeted by the hostess who started by saying we had three options, table one had a reservation in 60 minutes, table two. at the high top. had a reservation in 90 minutes or we could sit at the bar. To be clear, we arrived at 5:20pm for happy hour. I have been in the service industry for over a decade and worked for some of the finest restaurants in Omaha, prime steak houses, and was floored by this time limit for eating at a restaurant. It is very likely we would have finished our meal prior to that timeframe, but being given an ultimatum as soon as we arrived is BAD SERVICE. After speaking with the manager we agreed to stay and sit at the bar. This is when BAD SERVICE went to RUDE SERVICE, the VP of Operations, Dean Leisman, came over after we sat down and interrupted a private conversation my wife and I were having to continue to inform us how we should have made a reservation if we wanted to eat at his restaurant. From there things got even worse, I am shocked by the disrespect and unprofessional attitude displayed by a VP of Operations of a business not to mention a restaurant. After being "scolded" by the VP of Operations for not making a reservation I told him that I would be leaving. His response was "good". It was only shortly after this incident I learned he was the "VP of Operations". As I exited the restaurant I spoke with the manager who was very friendly and convinced us to stay originally and informed him of how we were treated. During that conversation the VP of Operations Dean Leisman said and I quote "I am the owner and don't give them anything, let them leave". This was very embarrassing as we were chased out of the restaurant by the VP of Operations or as he calls himself the "owner". We will never return and will be spreading our experience to anyone that is willing to listen. Do not eat here unless you want to be treated terribly. I cannot express enough dismay. The worst part about this entire experience is Pitch was our favorite restaurant."

"This was my first time dining in with my father and my niece. So we got there around 3 pm. A guy at the door told us we could seat ourselves. The table was dirty, visible crumbs on the table and the seat. The menus were dirty. One of the pages had a sticky red substance all over it like syrup, which is alarming during COVID times. It 's clear that the menus do not get cleaned regularly they should be cleaned after each use. So then we put in our order for our appetizers, a few minutes later the waitress came back to tell us the appetizers we ordered were all 86 'd. So we picked spinach dip. Then we ordered our entrees. A few minutes later the waitress came back to let us know that the Lasagna (what my father ordered) had also been 86 'd. So instead of offering other options for him, she says I don 't blame you guys if you want to walk out right now. But not in a sincere way, she said it in a way insinuating that they don 't get many customers and it made us feel not welcomed. Our food was good dinner rolls were good, but I used to work in a restaurant. I don 't know any manager who would be ok with an employee telling customers to walk out and go somewhere else. Ultimately management should be held accountable. They need better training for staff to improve customer experiences, and cleanliness is definitely an issue. Most likely will not return to dine in, which sucked because I love Antone 's salads since I was little. The overall experience was disappointing."

"On our most recent trip we went for Valentine's and the reservation was chaos. However, at the end of the night, the overall experience was very nice. One of our meals was on the cool side, but was immediately rectified. The togarashi tuna appetizer was phenomenal. Our side salad served with an avocado vinaigrette was very tasty as was the fresh bread with seasoned oil My husband had the stuffed flounder. His dish was exceptional, but a bit small for the price. My dish is not on the current online menu; ahi tuna topped with crab, served with a baked potato and asparagus. The food was awesome, however it came out cool and once rectified the tuna was overcooked The online menu is not up to date. The actual menu is much smaller. The desserts were the highlight of the night, very tasty Overall, our server Zack, was very good. Since it was a very busy night, he did great I would recommend this restaurant if the menu suits you."

"Every meal I've ever tried has been incredibly delicious! The Cavatappi Romano and Lobster Mac Cheese are favorites. The service is what stands out though. I contacted them once while out of town with a unique request to surprise a Pittsburgh friend. Not only did they flawlessly make the food order, they personally delivered it! Truly, you all are the epitome of customer service!! I can't say enough about Roman Bistro! Dine in or take out, they've got you covered with an exceptional meal service. I do apologize though to you all, this review should have been wrote months ago! Thank you again!"

"We stopped in on a Sunday for a special they have. I guess it was supposed to be for take out only. But the manager let us eat in anyway. It's a one topping 12 cut pizza and 1 dozen whole wings for $19.99. What an excellent deal! We added a white pizza and 2 beers. $45.00 that included tip. And do we have leftovers! Lacie was our server. She was great! Pizzas were good. But the chicken wings were the best!"

"Best freaking Buffalo chicken pizza ever!!! First off I love love love pizza it’s my favorite and Buffalo chicken pizzas are one of the pizzas that are hard to find a perfect one. This is the second time having it before writing this review to see if the quality changed and hands down this is the best one I have ever had with Frank’s pizza buff chick in second. If you are even thinking about it stop waiting and just order lol your not going to be disappointed."

"Every time my son is in the hospital, we order from Little Nippers II to escape the hospital food. We usually don't have any problems with the food, but tonight was an exception. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy breadsticks. However, the cheesy breadsticks had no cheese and the dough was undercooked. Normally, the cheesy breadsticks are like a cheese pizza without the sauce. The pizzas were overcooked and lacked cheese as well. Almost half of each slice was just sauce and crust. When I contacted DoorDash to complain, I was offered a refund of $2.29, even though my order was $67. With toppings costing almost $2 each, I don't see how a refund for less than the cost of two toppings can make up for the disappointing food we received. I will not be ordering from this place again."

"Excellent food! Reminds me of home cooked Italian, by somebody who knows what they are doing.... Honestly, just go there and see for yourself. Also, do not pass up the bakery as you leave, get something because you will not regret it. Key take aways, 1. Go there and eat (lunch/dinner) 2. Pick up stuff from the bakery 3. Go home happy with a full stomach Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Ravioli, Mama Bassano's Lasagna, Bread Basket, Cannoli"

"We dined at the Monroeville location which we frequently do, usually sitting at the bar. Tonight was very busy and we had a very new server. She was clearly overwhelmed but she kept on going, she apologized numerous times about our waiting for drinks/ food. I could sense her stress and frustration, but she was still awesome. I told her to just breathe because I could see she was at a breaking point, especially after a tables food was not cooked properly. I witnessed her handle it professionally. I felt the need to post a review and hope that next time we come in Ashlea is still there giving it her best shot!!!"

"Head over to this place for some amazing pizzas! They offer a variety of specialty pies, so there's definitely something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and attentive. If you're considering another pizza spot, you're really missing out!"

"Stopped in upon a recommendation from the Amtrak train conductor as a good food joint near the train station. Enjoyed the food and hospitality. The portions were large and everything was cooked just right. The seafood diner with linguini was chocked full of shrimp and tasty psuedo-crab while the half 3 Rivers sub was just a bit too much to finish in one setting. Would recommend for other Amtrak (or Greyhound) passengers due to the close proximity."

"Ordered a pie and hoagie from Shadyside after being put on hold >5 minutes 3 times from the downtown location. Very chain like pizza. Dry. Boring. Not a true Pittsburgh style pizza. Pricey in comparison to local neighborhood pizza shops. Not worth the time or money. Very bland. Ho-hum. Yawn....will never order again and I do not recommend that you try it. Roll the dice one more time, whatever you come up with will be better than Pizza Parma."

"Got takeout twice while visiting family and was quite pleased. Great selection of food and it’s not only presented nicely, but delicious. Portions are perfect and often enough for leftovers. My non-veg Dad also enjoyed it. Staff super nice too. Easy to order online. Prices are good. Good location with ample parking nearby. Will definitely be back the next time I visit."

"Told you that tom would run out with your money. Shoulda listened to me, tried to warn you. Maybe you'll stop employing people that are actively using meth, like I do believe I tried to tell you. I bet you feel like real idiots now. But then again who loans 1000$ to an employee that JUST started working there? That was a really dumb move like you really didn't see that coming? LMAO BTW your food sucks too, tom brought me I don't even know what it was I wouldn't touch it when he was done with his shift when I picked him up."

"Have eaten at Oliverios or had take out from Oliverios for years. On July 6 ordered take out. Result: the calamari was so overcooked breading was all one tasted, plus we ordered sweet chili calamari, but they gave us regular calamari. My salmon was prepared properly and was good. My spouse's was over cooked on the ends, the center was fine. The green beans and carrots that came with the meal were almost non existent. I had three small carrots. The bread sticks were barely done not up to standard. Overall an expensive below average meal. Dining in is much better than take out. I did message the restaurant about my experience with no response. I support local establishments but will do less support of what was previously my favorite local restaurant."

"I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but Mellow Mushroom is actually pretty good. Since decent food is pretty thin on the ground in Somerset and green food is all but nonexistent, I really appreciate this place because I can get a nice fresh salad, great mushroom soup, really good pizza, and all served with a warm smile. I always have a good dining experience there, which is way more that I can say for any other Somerset restaurant. Now if I can just get them to offer local wines ... ; Hat tip to Pam, my server from yesterday, whose excellent service, friendly demeanor, and big smile made my solo lunch more fun. Thanks, Pam the hummus was great, and so were you!!"

"Family of four, stopped in at 9:05 and they were open until 10. Ordered chicken wings and basic Pepperoni Detroit Pizza, individual size. The pizza was definitely older and microwaved. Chewy stale crust that even resisted a knife, with globs of previously melted cheese that had since solidified. Little Caesar’s would’ve been gourmet by comparison. We waited as long or longer than any take out pizza, so no reason why it could not have been fresh. There were hardly any customers, and the staff seemed to be the definition of burned out, somehow understaffed with nothing going on. The waitress was nice, but she seemed to bring the food out hesitantly, knowing it wasn’t great. Likely not wanting to deal with backlash, which of course we did not do that to her.I had been here a few years back and everything was hot and fresh and the place was booming. Clearly has gone way downhill."
