"My friends and I had a fantastic dinner at Amber on the first Friday of Lent. They had amazing seafood specials, including delicious whitefish over couscous and salmon with an Asian twist. My husband tried the lobster and shrimp risotto and said it was the best he's ever had! The crispy brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze were incredibly good - I didn't want to share them with anyone else. Our server, Sashka, was efficient and friendly, making it a perfect night overall."
