"The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is quite tasty, and the service is attentive and prompt. I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant for its authentic cuisine and great location. Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating significantly due to a serious issue. During my two visits, I witnessed a mouse running through the dining area on both occasions, first spotted by a friend and then personally observed. Additionally, I noticed mouse droppings on the bar counter, which was quite alarming and unsettling. I addressed my concerns with a staff member, who apologized, cleaned the bar, and mentioned that they were working to resolve the problem. It was clear they were aware of the rodent situation, which is troubling considering the visibility of the mice. As much as I used to enjoy the food here, I haven’t returned since. While I understand that pest problems can happen anywhere, I’ve never encountered such issues while dining out before."

"The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!"

"The restaurant decor evoked an upscale feel, and was tasteful and eclectic. There was turkish music lightly playing creating a lovely mood. Great restaurant for date night! Went there this evening around 6:45 and it was very quiet. My boyfriend and I don't care for crowded, loud places, so this was perfect and intimate. We both ordered the chicken shish kebab, which comes with rice pilaf, potato wedges (I opted for no potato and he opted for french fries instead), broccoli,and tzatsiki sauce. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the taste was divine. The chicken was tender and well seasoned, the rice was fluffy and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. After dinner, we were offered Turkish tea which was perfect on the palate and a wonderful way to end the meal. Both the gentleman who directed us to our table and served us, as well as the woman who asked about our meal, were positively delightful. We will definitely be returning. What a great way to start the week!"

"Aladdin grill is hands down my favorite place to go in Knoxville. I order so often I feel like they know me as soon as I get on the phone and the delivery driver is always super nice. I enjoy the mom and pop feel and the Alfredo pizza is genuinely some of the best pizza I have ever had. The cheesecake is to die for and if this place ever closed I would be absolutely heartbroken."

"Our second time eating here, service was very poor this time. Our waiter was unattentive and food was misstimed. For the price you would expect excellent service. My wife had the fresh catch, which was good, I had the Ahi which was average. To be honest the braised ribs on the kids menu my daughter ordered was the tastiest thing we had."

"This is an excellent Arabic restaurant with an Egyptian flair. They offer a wide variety of both sweet and savory feteer, also known as pies. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who has never tried feteer before, as well as to those who already enjoy it and are craving it. "Ordered 50 dollars in food and the order that was delivered was wrong. When I called to complain I was told I have to use their app to get my money back (which isn't even possible on app). They refused to remake and redeliver the food. They told me I(after telling them I'm disabled) had to go and pick up my food because they refused to pay another driver to deliver. Themanager basically told me if we'll. I get 818 a month from disability and when I try to do something nice a restaurant steals mymoney. It's not like I could even eat it because what they delivered I was allergic to."

"I wanted to get some hummus pita bread for dinner. Honestly their price for this is the most reasonable place to buy it, it is about the same price but you get about 3x more compared to Eirinis Gyros More. However the pita bread is thin and not homemade. I also decided to try a Lebanese salad, Tabbouleh. I tried this long time ago with some Lebanese college friends, very similar taste except they had more bulgar in it. Very unique but refreshing taste. I also had a chicken shawarma wrap with sauce and Lebanese relish pickles. The chicken was good, the pickles relish brought some crunch to some bites. They have a special plate Monday-Friday.I visited again, this time on a Wednesday to try their spicy butter chicken on Lebanese rice and pita bread. This was a great dish, it had big chunks of chicken breast and the sauce was a little spicy but not too spicy. The rice had lentils in it, very good tasting. The only thing that would make this dish better would be to cut the chicken pieces smaller. I think it would bring some moisture to the chicken."

However, the 3-piece chicken mix and 3-piece fish mix were served fresh and hot, but they were greasy and soggy in the container. This made my fries wet, and there was a lot of moisture in the bag. Unfortunately, I experienced some stomach issues the next day. I would recommend sticking to the sandwiches!"

"Have been coming here on and off for years for snacks or lunches.Chicken somosa 's are a favorite (but don 't always have them.)Lunch specials are cheap one or two chicken dishes with two sides served with rice and naan will run $5.99-6.99 each. The sides change regularly. If you don 't want or cannot have naan you can request double rice.Went for dinner tonight and have to say truly disappointed in the lack of interest or service from the girl behind the counter. Lazy and uninterested her only interest was her phone. When asking about dirty tables and dried out dirty food trays was informed "that 's not my job. "A family of four was there and ordered just before me. The mother and I were both shaking our heads at her behavior.The owner was messaged about her lack of interest.To the point the food is good, service is friendly (most of the time) and easy on your wallet."

"I don't usually revisit restaurants because there are just so many to visit in Boston, but I've found myself always going here when I'm in the area. I think what makes this place is good is the pure refinement of EVERYTHING ingredients are fresh, perfect proportions in the Gyro, the flavours all complement eachother perfectly, and I've noticed other minornimprovements like getting nice branded packaging. Never too heavy/oily, and just the right amount of salty. For example in the Gyros, I really like how the tomatoes are fresh, cold and juicy. In a lot of similar forms of handhelds like burgers, etc., the tomato gets kinda lukewarm, which I don't personally like. Similarly, the meats are really nicely flavoured and tender and warm, the fries crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside, the raw red onion doesn't have too much... rawness to it. Also the mustard and tzatziki sauces are awesome. Last note, I honestly enjoy this gyro more than the one my friend in Athens showed me lol (which was also really really good . I foresee myself continuing to come back as I always have :"
